Jamaah Ansharu Syariah’s Condolences on The Passing of syaikh Dr Yusuf Qaradhawi

إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون و إنا إلى ربنا لمنقلبون
لله ما أعطى و له ما أخذ و كل شيء عنده بأجل

Amma ba’du

1. Jamaah Ansharu Syariah expresses its deepest condolences on the passing of syaikh Yusuf Al Qardhawi rahimahullah and deepest sympathies to his passing, because the death of a scholar is the disappearance of the candle’s light for the ummah enlightenment, as the Rasulullah shalallahu ‘alayhi wassalam said,

“Verily, Allah does not withhold knowledge by snatching it away from his servants, but rather he withholds knowledge by taking the souls of scholars, until no scholar remains and people follow ignorant leaders. They are asked and they issue judgments without knowledge. Thus, they are astray and lead others astray” (HR. Bukhari)

So that the death of the scholars is a calamity for the ummah by the lack of knowledge and the existence of the danger which is in the form of ignorance and confusion. When they ask to the fool, the fool will give any judgments, and they are astray and lead others astray. Hopefully Allah SWT will protect us from any worse situations.

2. Jamaah Ansharu Syariah believes that syaikh Yusuf Qardhawi in his entire life has a big role in developing any fields of Islamic knowledge, especially in overcoming any challenges in this modern era, in the fields of fiqh, aqidah, muamalah and others. He has so many masterpieces becoming the references for the ummah and giving the enlightenment in order to make Islam as a main solution and response to the challenges as the time progressed.

3. Jamaah Ansharu Syariah encourages all Moslem to make prayer and ask forgiveness for him. May Allah give him a decent place, expand his grave and make his science as a continuous reward raising his rank up in the sight of Allah SWT.
